hey guys i don't know why yall gotta keep stealing this but you could at least give credit if you're gonna post this somewhere else.

lol oh god this took me so long to do.
well, since i'm going to be drawing a helluva lot of Ratchet in mine and Serynzia's fan-comic, i wanted to try and get a good feel of Ratchet's head/ears. but not just that, i wanted to focus on his eyes a lot more than his ears.
when i'm drawing a character, i take my time to make sure the person's eyes are just the way i want them, because eyes, to me, are the most important part of the body. on a deeper note; when i'm drawing a certain expression, i want to be able to feel it myself, which is why i try really hard to make it look as if the character is feeling that exact emotion.
so, when it came to Ratchet, i wanted to explore a lot of emotions that he doesn't normally show, mainly to get used to his eyebrows...because they're so...bushy XD
